Saturday mornings, start your day off with yoga! This 4-part series, co-hosted by St. Louis' Big River Running Company, will be geared towards runners, but anyone can enjoy these all-levels practices with Yoga Buzz's Nikki Venegoni. Classes will meet on Zoom. Big River Running Company will provide a $10-off coupon code for registrants of this series. Coupon code may be used for shoe purchases in store or online through July 31, 2020. Thanks to support from our friends at Big River Running Company, this free series will occur online every Saturday in June from 8:30-9:30am. Please enroll for a ticket and you will be provided with a Zoom link to the online session and a coupon code. Space is limited. *Note, the Zoom link and code will be emailed to you 30 minutes prior to each class session. June 6 / Week 1 - This deep stretch flow to warm up for your run will focus on unlocking the hip flexors, hamstrings, and opening up the chest. June 13 / Week 2 - This post-run deep stretch practice will focus on stretching out legs and relaxing upper body including the neck and shoulders. June 20 / Week 3 - This slow flow practice will focus on breath work, core, and leg strength. Perfect for the day before a run or anytime! June 27 / Week 4 - This slow flow practice will focus on flexibility and mobility in the hips, legs, and shoulders. Perfect for the day after a run or anytime! Props: Props are not necessary but may be helpful. Be sure to grab your mat, yoga blocks, strap, and foam roller if you have these items.
