Description
Have you made a loaf of #QuarantineBread in the last couple of months? Bread is an essential part of culinary traditions all over the world, and the types of bread we eat are shaped by both cultural and environmental resources. Jeanne Florini, professor of nutrition and dietetics at St. Louis Community College, explores the influences throughout Missouri that have shaped our particular bread heritage. Along the way, she'll share some tips for making bread at home!
