Chao Baan

Chao Baan means "of the people" and that expression is reflected throughout the menu and dining experience. The cuisine, comprised of Prapaisilp family recipes that have been cooked in their kitchens for generations, range from northeast to southern regions of Thailand. With roots in the Yala and Loei provinces, Chao Baan keeps tradition alive with rustic and authentic dishes and ingredients. The restaurant, developed with the belief that food is the great equalizer for all people, serves their food family-style to create a traditional and candid experience for every guest.
